DBITS Contract Overview

IDETASYSTEMS LLC is awarded a Deliverables-Based IT Services (DBITS) contract through the State of Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) under Contract Number DIR-CPO-5972. IDETASYSTEMS provides specialized IT services to support Texas state agencies, local government, public education, and other eligible public-sector entities.

The DBITS program is an approved procurement vehicle that allows agencies to obtain IT services based on clearly defined deliverables through a Statement of Work (SOW). Agencies may engage awarded vendors via competitive solicitation (SOW release to all awarded vendors in the applicable category) or by direct award when permitted by DIR guidelines.
